7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to analyze website traffic and improve your experience.
7.1 Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. GA4 collects:
- Pages visited and time spent on pages
- Referral source (how you found our site)
- Device type, browser, and operating system
- Approximate geographic location (country/city level)
- Interactions with site elements (clicks, scrolls)
- Search queries entered into our template search (used to prioritize the templates we add next)
- Aggregate counts of which unfilled templates visitors download — limited to template slug, category, source, and license. We never collect the contents of a filled template or the values you enter into a template form through this event.
- Coarse browser and device category for sessions that arrive without a referrer (browser family, platform family, screen-size bucket, language family, mobile flag, in-app webview flag). Used to understand which traffic shows up as “Direct” in our analytics. No raw browser strings, exact screen dimensions, or precise locale are recorded.
GA4 uses first-party cookies to distinguish unique users and sessions. Data is retained for 14 months. Google may transfer data to servers in the United States. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.
7.2 Google Ads Conversion Tracking
We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. This tracks when you complete specific actions on our site (such as booking a demo) after clicking on one of our ads. This data helps us understand which ads are effective and improve our marketing.
7.3 Opting Out of Tracking
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by:
- Installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
- Adjusting your browser settings to block cookies
- Using browser privacy/incognito mode
8. email-agent-mcp and Google User Data
8.1 Access and Purpose
When you connect a Gmail account to email-agent-mcp and grant OAuth consent, the locally running application may access Gmail messages, threads, drafts, attachments, and labels. It uses this data only to provide the email features you request, such as listing, searching, reading, organizing, drafting, replying to, and sending email.
8.2 Local Processing and Credential Storage
Gmail API requests and message content travel directly between the email-agent-mcp process on your machine and Google. UseJunior's hosted OAuth broker does not call the Gmail API and does not receive or store Gmail message content. OAuth credentials and mailbox configuration are stored on your machine under ~/.email-agent-mcp/tokens/.
8.3 Hosted OAuth Broker and Service Providers
If you use the hosted authorization option, the broker receives an authorization code and OAuth tokens only to complete authorization and refresh access. A token ticket is encrypted in transit and held by the broker's Redis store until one-time pickup or the short session expiration, normally no more than five minutes. A refresh token sent to the refresh endpoint is relayed to Google and is not persisted by the broker. Vercel and the Redis provider connected to the broker process this short-lived OAuth session data on our behalf.
8.4 User-Selected MCP Clients and AI Services
Email content returned through MCP is delivered to the MCP client or AI service you choose and is handled under that provider's terms and privacy policy. UseJunior does not select that provider for you. UseJunior does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models.
8.5 Deletion and Revocation
You can remove locally stored credentials by deleting the applicable mailbox file under ~/.email-agent-mcp/tokens/. You can also revoke email-agent-mcp access from the third-party connections page in your Google Account. To request deletion of support communications or limited operational data held by UseJunior, contact steven@usejunior.com.
8.6 Google API Services User Data Policy
email-agent-mcp's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for children under 13 years of age.

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page.
